Patients must be registered with a GP in England to use the NHS EPS, but we can also process paper prescriptions from GPs in Scotland (at the NHS England prescription fee) and deliver anywhere in the UK.
Just like any physical pharmacy, you can nominate our online chemist as your trusted prescription dispenser.
By registering with us, your doctor will be able to send us your prescriptions through the secure, electronic EPS system – so we can dispatch and deliver in super-fast time, completely free of charge.

We charge the standard NHS prescription fee (currently £9.65) and not a penny more – our service and your delivery is absolutely free. As soon as we receive your prescription we’ll send you a link via email and SMS, allowing you to pay securely, from the comfort of your home, workplace or wherever you may be.
If you’re exempt from paying for your prescription, or if you have an NHS prepayment certificate, we’ll still dispense and deliver your medication completely free of charge via our standard, 24 hour tracked delivery service.
