Speak to a registered pharmacist about contraception without needing a GP appointment. Through our NHS-funded contraception service, patients can access confidential online consultations to start a new contraception, renew an existing prescription or simply discuss the options available to them.
Our pharmacists review your medical history, provide clinical advice and supply contraception where appropriate, all through a secure online platform. If medication is prescribed, it can be delivered discreetly to your door.
The service is free for eligible patients registered with a GP in England, and no referral is required.
If you’ve been prescribed a new medicine that’s eligible for this service, we'll invite you to book a phone call or online chat with our pharmacist at a time that suits you. This gives you the chance to ask any questions or talk through any worries you may have about your medication. Our aim is to offer peace of mind.
After your initial appointment, we’ll book in 2-3 follow up calls to see how you’re getting on and make sure you’re ok.
